i recently made an account with this company, made my deposit, then a day before my 1 week contract was over, my account was deleted, tried to put in my email and my password, then i thought to have my password reset and i get a message saying "no accounts provided info"

i spoke with their support about this and they asked for an additional fee, due to my account not being upgraded, also being the reason it got deleted, i payed the fee, waiting to have my account reinstated and nothing has happened after being told it would be done so immediately.

So far no message back from their support on telegram and no account being brought back. Has this happened to anyone before?

going from this previous post, they are asking for more money now, absolutely no help or customer service, would not recommend.
