I think
veritasfunds.com/SH1116514
is a good program. It's active and has paying status on almost all monitors without any negative votes and comments in last 20 days i.e. from the date it started.
However, the live chat was not active right now. But I would suggest you to check whether live chat is always off or it is one some of the times? Because if a live chat of a hyip is inactive always then when we face problems, most of the times the hyip admins do not reply. Before investing just have a check on this part.
Apart from this, interest are lower then normal which explains that it will not be a big deal for the admin to pay these interest rates because there are safe category hyips which pay higher interest. This indirectly also means that the admin of veritas if properly manages the finance of investors then he will never have problems in paying this level of interest.
Site design and structure costing is medium, so it means that atleast for next 20-30 days, it will stay without problem in order to recover their costs of hosting, site design, etc.
Advertising of veritas is also medium level, so not bad at this part. When a hyip advertises means he spends enough money and thus he needs to stay longer in order to recover his funds before he can run away.
So, costing + advertising at current levels gives us a rough mathematically calculated idea that atleast 30 days from now it will yet stay. After 30 days what happens is I can say only after 30 days. For now upto next 30 days it's ok. So, average from today start investing upto next 25 days(get out strategy is 5 days earlier to get safety of your funds) and then again get back to me for next research on this site after 30 days from now.
NOTE: Stock-biz.com has gone into my BE CAREFUL category. For now it's in my doubt status and give actual exact update about stock-biz after 72 hours from now. For now do not invest fresh into this and do not post anything negative also about this site till next 72 hours to get into the depth of my investigation. Just to inform you.
