Why Suspend My Account
hi, GoldFund have suspended my account for accusing me of having 2 accounts. - this is told by the Live Support Chat.
For you all info, my referral is my Husband and he introduce me to this GoldFund. I opened up an account and deposited $980 that very day so my husband got his referral commission for that.
GoldFund is accusing me of having 2 accounts, which i didn't 1 is my husband and 1 is for myself, BUT we share the same Liberty Reserve Account.
The FAQ says one member cannot have more than one account, it doesn't says 2 account with 1 Liberty Reserve.
I emailed them 5 times now already, but no reply. It seems that the chat support can only answers whats in the FAQ only other than that you have to email the admin which i already did with no answer until now.
GoldFund: i don't want to tarnish your good name, so far i only see good comment only from investors. Please don't spoil this just because this small understanding.
My further frustration is that GoldFund didn't even email me of my account being suspended, i only notice when i didn't received my very first profit from them.
To all, my advise please invest wisely, don't just trust all the other investors comment but try contacting the company yourself, see if they can reply you back.
