Hello readers,
A few days back, I was founded that my account can not log in due to strange IP address to my account. That which I know it from support chat. What they requested from me is done. Such as LR proof activity owner of the funds, new updated username, password, LR account, and email address. Plus, I have give them my ID card copy to identify the owner. After that, all the requested data was given, the support chat promised that I can log in to my account in 48 hours, and it already passed by. But still can not log in.. until today.
I've tried to contact the support filling the form that more than twice.. but there is no answer..
Where can I get help..? is there any body are willing to help me??
