Note: This email is for members who have pending withdrawals. If you still receive payments from us instantly, please ignore this email.
During the past few days, we have had some complaints about our payments not being instant. We had asked Liberty Reserve regarding this problem and found out that there is a slight change in Liberty Reserve API regarding user privacy. This change in API stated that members must give permission in order to receive payments through API. To receive instant payments from Escaliva like before, you need to add us into your API list. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Liberty Reserve account (the same account you use on your Escaliva account).
2. On top of the page, click on the link Merchant Tools.
3. Click on Create new API.
4. Fill in the form as follows:
4.1 API name: escaliva
4.2 Security Word: bYDUU6nv
4.3 Check the box Enabled
4.4 Check the box Transfer and Balance
5. Enter your master key and save changes.
After you have done all that, please reply back to this email with your Escaliva username and Liberty Reserve account number you use. We will be processing your withdrawals within 24 hours and all your payments after that shall be instant again.
Again, sorry for all the inconvenience, and thank you for your cooperation.
