It has been an exciting first week for InflexCapital, and we have a few really exciting statistics to share with you guys!
First off, our member base increased at a progressive rate, seeing an increase of over 50% since the last newsletter. Of those that signed up, we have a conversion rate of over 40%. It appears that InflexCapital is generating quite a meaningful traffic to our site because our Alexa rank has spiked from over 1,000,000+ when we started to about 700,000+ currently. Slowly, but surely, InflexCapital is putting itself on the map!
A week has gone by, but not without users placing in their ideas and criticisms about our site. First and foremost, we received quite a few questions about the 5% service charge fee. What is this, you ask? The fee is how we make a profit, essentially. We charge a 5% fee at the maturity of your principal as a service charge. So if you invested $100 with us, we will take $5 as a service charge at the end of 30 calendar days.
Next, many asked why is InflexCapital's monitoring page still pretty empty. In our books, adding more monitors comes after improving our user experience. While we understand the importance of having monitors to confirm our paying status, we also believe in the power of word of mouth. A small number of investors have been supporting us by posting on forums, and we hope to capitalize on that and request the rest of you to do so as well. Nevertheless, we will add more monitors to our page, and this will take place over some time. However, we will make sure that your favorite monitor is added. Trucking along in the spirit of continual improvement, InflexCapital has removed the clunky Contact Us page. In its place, we have installed a nifty ticketing system. You can now file a ticket, track a ticket and also respond to a ticket quickly. This, we believe, will help us answer your answers in a more systematic and effective manner. We pride ourselves in a robust and helpful support system, and a ticketing system seems to be the logical next step for us. So far it has been working beautifully, and we have also increased the number of our support staff to handle the influx of requests that have been coming in lately. While there's a lot of work to be done, this is work we are glad to do and we are happy to see such amazing progress in such a short time.
