What people don't take into consideration is that these decisions haven't been made out of coincidences, but we've thought through every aspect and took into account every possible risk.
Most of the concerns we've heard are in regards to PayPal, which prohibits large payments in the investment industry. We would like to put your mind at ease as the limit for deposit for this processor is only $500 a day. Secondly, we're using business partners as our main processors to handle these transactions in order that PayPal's Terms and Conditions are met. Lastly, even though we're paying interest every day for deposits made by PayPal, we make our first payout using this processor only after 7 days, which eliminates chargebacks. If a chargeback occurs during the 7 day period, we'll penalize the account for this deposit and profit, and the money is returned to original depositor by PayPal. This solution makes PayPal the safest and most reliable method of carrying out transactions.
Other concerns we've had are in regards to SolidTrustPay. This payment processor is accepted manually by a lot of companies nowadays, and while our payment button is awaiting approval, we have to accept it manually as well. Sometimes it could take months before a payment button can get approved; however, if it will create problems for us along the way, we'll discontinue acceptance of new deposit into any processor that it affects. Other processors we've added should not create any issues and have been a good addition to OneStability thus far!
As you also might have noticed, we had to move to a new server. Over the past days, our investors started experiencing slowdowns due to increased volume of users. As a result, we had to act fast to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Presently, everything should be working much better - we are using much faster servers and CDN implemented for faster connection. In addition, we've started experiencing a lot of problems with BlockDos with poor resolution on their part. Which ended up leaving our emails blocked by many providers such as Hotmail.com, Mail.ru, Outlook.com and many others. After we started having the slowdowns and failure to resolve the issues within 2 days, we had no choice but to move our business to another reputable hosting on the market - DDoS-Guard. We strive to provide STABILITY and BlockDos doesn't matchup with our requirements anymore.
For the temporary setback, we advise everyone to change their email to Gmail in order to stay up-to-date with notifications from OneStability - we also suggest that you add info@onestability.com and support@onestability.com to your contacts so as to avoid our emails getting lost in your Spam folders.
