I agree with you on the number of emails their probably receiving right now, but just one more current email to us, the investors, would be reassuring. How hard can that be if our email addresses were all in their contact list, since we are their investors; just one click would let us know something.

The last email I received from Genius Funds other than the weekly statements were about technical difficulities with their site, sent on 03/10/2010, way too long. I do want the technicians to continue working to bring up the site; but a secretary or two could be assigned current emails to the investor duties.

All of us loose our money ,so forget about it.being honest,if they were not scam ,at least you send an email,but they didnt made that,so sorry for everybody who lost their money.

Correct me if I'm wrong. If their servers are down and being replaced; wouldn't it make sense that they are not able to email us; because of the downed servers.

It doesnt make sense that they werent able to send emails,so they wont come up again ,they made a bad movement and they lost money,we wont recover our money.sorry

They'll be back...just have faith. They are just as panicked as you because they have all of us to please and 'Quickly'. They have done this before, just read past posts dating over the last 2 years, yet they always get it together and come back just as strong. Remember WE make this investment site work and who's to say they are not trying to legitimize their operation now? But I do agree that the frustration would reduce with more communication.

Hello,everybody ,have a great day ,I called to geniusfunds ,the maintainance had some problems,I really expect a miracle ,she told me that on Monday will be ok the website.I really hope .and I expect that genius become as great as It was more that a year ago.

Despite all the promises made by their staff a WEEK ago promising that all problems would be resolved and payments processed, there is growing number of invesors reporting not getting paid now, small and big investors........it looks like now the site is officially on selective payments. Many monitors site have already updated their status to: "ON HOLD", "WAITING" and "PROBLEM" not to mention the countless negative feedback on polls and respected forums from long time posters as well.

Now the site has been down for me at least ALL day, I see a 502 gateway, I have a strong feeling this is a FAKE 502 page......I could not access the site AT ALL today despite several tries. Several complaints of people not receiving ANY replies to their e-mail or their skype # not answering. This looks like a SAZA investments in fact it's almost the exact same repeat of events.

Given the culmination of events and degrading status day by day, site going down in rank from #1 spot down to #80 on some sites and more and more bad signals, I have every reason to believe that the site is doomed and they may have already become scam, at least it looks like it.

I have contacted AlertPay and discussing the possibility of getting my money back from tGF, I am on the fence about this one, but I have a big 4 figure amount there and I am deeply concerned. I am doing all my best to go at the source to get some clues as to what is going on. HYIFUND has been down for 4 f****** days but at least their site admin let everyone know (although late) about the situation. NOBODY from geniusfunds has EVER bothered to go on forums to calm people down ! IN FACT, it's funny, but before these attacks and their so called script problems and selective payouts, they have REMOVED their RATINGS page with all the monitor sites.......funny coincidence.......major suspicion and compelling evidence that this was planned ! What kind of company would offer new BIG investment plans to attract BIG investors at a time of crisis.......this is not good.

One thing for sure at this point I lost faith in this program and once the site will go back up I will TRY to arrange to get my investment of $3k+ back eventhough it expires in september, minus a penalty fee, or dispute. I am confident with 100% certainty that the hearing on april 7 assuming they even make it to the hearing, will NOT be to their favour and they wil lose it!

I have already submitted my evidence to their compliance staff and managers they have NOT replied to me , only thing they had to say after I confronted them about what was written on monitor sites is: "No comment....." I was sent so-called license to trade / invest by Patricia Steele their so-called compliance officer (what a JOKE) and that goes back to the DDoS, and I have personally tried to validate those documents and the result ? No competant authority of Cyprus has ever issues such documents to genius ivnestments. The ONLY relevant document they have is that of their incorporation as a company, something anybody can obtain.......BUT they are not licensed to offer investments or act as a fiduciary or offer other such services. In other words this is your evidence of their MANY LIES. Furthermore, with the help of a colleague we have researched their street address they are reporting to run from, only to find out there is no proof of listing of such company there........more likely a mail drop or vacant office or 1 man office.......But on the SAME floor, same location was an HYIP scam (starforex) or similar name.

Let's talk about more PROOF since people ask me all the time PROOF....... Their ALLEGED $50,000 donation to "medeicnes sans fronti�re" They have been receiving so many e-mails regarding this and they decided to post "proof" of the letter they received......... FUNNY because that was posted for a VERY short amount of time and was quickly removed from their site...........Weird, because if I was in their shoes I'd leave this and earn bragging rights......It's as if they didn't want people to look into it......Luckily I did.......and phoned them and wrote to them.......Result ? They never heard of geniusfunds nor investinvestment nor Mark Stelvio. Now at that time I did not make much fuss about it sine I figured MAYBE the staff who answered me were not aware or informed......now MAYBE they did donate, but with all the red falgs they are showing they don't inspire trust, and I have attempted to ask again with same results......Now I am convinced that too was FAKE. If they are able to lie and forge their license documents they certainly are able to do tihs.........

GeniusFunds is now officially on HOLD STATUS and only this close to being moved to PROBLEM / SCAM, because day by day they are showing more signs of an HYIP in struggle, only too many similarities with other HYIP gone scam.

I would urge investors not to spend one dime on geniusfunds, assuming the site does go back up either before or after the hearing. If your investment matures (lucky you) get it out of there ! if it doesn't, you have no choice but to either gamble and wait for hearing or fight to get it back with a penalty.......

I tried accessing genius sites using a plethora of proxies from all around the world, and see this 502 gateway that pops up INSTANTLY, it looks damn fake !

NOW..........there IS still a possibilit that on monday genius is back up and everyone is all excited, keep in mind this, it means NOTHING, they have tarnished their reputation and removed all trust at least from me. it will take a miracle or something big for them to earn my trust back, until then I have already considered it a scam, I think they were given a lot of time to sort things up. If other HYIPs were concerned I would not be that suspicious, but now all the DDoSed sites are all back up and working fine, and geniusfunds having the most expensive hosting package and best protection plan, are the ones who are still scrambling with these problems is very fishy to me.

Why the HELL should I trust a company who has LIED about their $50,000 donation (after verification with the charity they alleged donation), after they LIED about their company trade license (they ARE licensed as a COMPANY NOT as an investment firm! those are different!!!) after they LIED about the reason why they don't take credit card payments through AP, etc.

What's worse is that I confronted them about the $50,000 so-called "PROOF" of donation and that I contacted the charity, and they NEVER replied back. I confronted them about me checking with authorities regarding their proof of trading license, and they never replied back. The ONLY documents that were confirmed is at the registry of companies in Cyprus, as a registered company, which ANYBODY can obtain and it's not expensive. but NOT a trading license and those papers I was sent by Patricia Steele, ALL fake. Cyrpsu government never issued them an investment license or license to act as a fiduciary or other such services.. .. ALL THIS PROOF and people are wondering why I have bad things to say about them ????
