They are actually not paying, many users, including me, has their funds locked in a 360 or 540 days, that we never requested, all of us had no answers from coinextp' support.

I wonder if they use some sort of code which selects accounts at random doing this.

It certainly doesn't give people confidence that it won't be them at some point.
