Good afternoon everyone: Coinex-tp's staff made an adjustment today to reflect my account balance.
They corrected the problem for me so I have no issues whatsoever with my account balance any longer.

Hi cryptoD how did you get assistance with your account
If you could just clarify what went wrong and how you were able to fix it ?I.e you had 50 in 360 days and then paid 50 in 360 days again and then did you get the profit from that investment or just your funds back I.e $100 or $600
If you could please advise it would help me and others
