I have became part of this forum to try to find out what is going on, because they changed my investment plan from a 5 days to 360 and I also know that I did things right. You have been luckier than me, because support has not answered my emails. Is there anything I can reallistically do? It is my impression that if you keep reinvesting your benefits to build capital they change themselves the plan so you never reach a high amount in a short time and they donīt have to pay you a big amount. If anyone could help, Iīd be really grateful.

go to their support page and email them from their email contact. do you use gmail email. I had issues with other email outlook.com. gmail works for me with the support email

I still never got my difference of $800 from Coinex-tp. All they put in my account was $100. Now they won't respond to any of my emails. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I've sent the hash Id number from the Blockchain like they requested showing how much the Bitcoin transaction amount was for. I've absolutely done nothing wrong!

I know people like to get on here sucking up to and praising them.

Coinex-tp, say what you mean and mean what you say!
