They threatened me if I posted about my problems.... so i'll keep it vague.
Their ToS is weak at best. They won't fix. And they froze a great amount of funds. The secretary who was assigned to fix my account could only fix it if I put in more money to find issue. All the logs he said that I asked for 540. I know I didn't. I have screen shots. I didn't share them because then I have them on fraud in court.
Looking for a solicitor to help me with this. One that understands crypto. (if anyone knows one). I have one gent, quite good, but not with tech.
If you fight this in the courts you will get more money out, the actual amount owed instead of what they froze based on the time they have held the money.
if you type into Safari make-court-claim-for-money uk , you will find the small claims regulations. Quite simple process to go through. If you are in the UK you don't really even need a Solicitor. I rather pay one though just in case.
