This happened to me 2x. I had a work account and a personal account.
First time it happened they asked me to invest again and they would monitor. They didn't monitor closely enough I guess and their admin staff marked the 2nd investment to 540.
They thought I was trying to game the system and parked the money at 540. I worked with
*. They can't un freeze the account without an equal amount to match to defrost it. He invested a significant amount of time into helping me resolve the issue and there is, in there terms of service something barring 2 accounts from the same IP. I explained why and they were OK with it, but still required a 132k (equal to what I have invested with them) investment to defrost account.
Ill get the money and investment in 500 days or so now. So, it's not lost but still sucks. John was pleasant to deal with but he couldn't resolve. This didn't make sense to me. They are sitting on SO much capital why couldn't they just defrost for me. This kinda broke my trust with them kinda sorta. I think it's a good program but I'm not risking staking any more assets until I see a ROI equal to what I initially invested.
