I think I am objective and it would be kinda strange to ask here for help if I would not need it...
As for now I am in contact with Georghe Schale ( manager ) and he promised me that he will personally look into it, so I hope to get finally some good news...
As I have mentioned before my own fault is that I have put a date numers into Payment reference field when I made a withdrawal...still I have quite some experiences doing wire withdrawals and my bank never needed payment reference...hmmm....all other info, that is swift code and my personal bank account were correct...I still think that it should be enough for a transfer to be succesfull...
If I get any news I will post untill than, keep your fingers crossed for me guys
