I have the exact same issue with this company. i was investing in the 5 day plan for some time and then suddenly one day i didnt get my payment so i checked and it turned out that i was put onto the 540 day plan. i contacted support and was told it was my mistake. Support then asked me to a $10 deposit and re-invest daily which i did for a few days. Its been over two weeks and they are now not responding to me and my funds are stuck. It is a large amount and would appreciate if anyone here can advise what to do. The way i see it is coinex-tp is NOT paying or responding.
I have had no response from coin-ex support
