Well in my account and on monday weekly report it says that the transfer has been complited. I went today to my bank and they have checked and there is still no money on my account! Considering that the transfer was made on friday evening ant that on weekend nobody is working I still hope that tomorrow I get my money.
I have written again to Genius funds anf asked them to check if something has gone wrong with wire transfer.
Keep fingers crossed guys ...
To be totally objective I have to say that they have always replied me on my email and I guess 3 days for wire transfer should be enough?
Will post tomorrow!

Well I checked again my bank account and there is still no money on it...
HAs anybody here ever done a wire transfer on Genius funds??? What did u put as a payment reference?? As far as I know from previus experience when doing wire transfers payment reference is usually just a date? Isnt it? Or did u put in that field a specific number or something??

I live in EU...and yes I have mailed them yesterday evening and today I went on live support..they have said something about checking into it and contacting me over email...well honestly I dont know...kinda in a bad mood right now...I mean has anyone done wire transfer?? Anyone from u guys?
I would really like to know what u have put in under payment reference...from my previus experience in other wire transfer not on Genius, payment reference is not requested by a bank and you just put a date in that field...or??
Can anyone help me with that?

Genius Funds maintains a payment collection account with TechnoCash Limited, a payment collection service in Australia. In order to deposit funds into your Genius account, you must initiate a wire transfer through your local bank to the following account:

Bank Name: Bank of New Zealand
Bank Address: 80 Queen St, Auckland, New Zealand
SWIFT Code: BKNZNZ22
Account Number: F674382-0000
Account Name: Technocash Limited
Beneficiary Address: 20 Smith St., Paramatta, NSW 2150, Australia
Payment Reference (REQUIRED): 73G7KN plus YOUR GENIUS FUNDS ACCOUNT NUMBER

Once the payment is made, you are advised to notify us by e-mailing its details to *. There are no commissions or charges associated with this service. No additional documents need to be provided to us.

It is imperative that you include a correct payment reference with your wire transfer instructions. In case you do not, we will have trouble locating your wire and this could cause serious delays. The Reference should include both '73G7KN' and your six-digit Genius Funds account number.

Please note that correspondent banks may charge a fee for processing wire transfers. Fees range from $10 to $20 and are outside of our control. These fees will not be reimbursed by Genius Funds.

Thank u a lot...
I have made a withdrawal not a deposit...but I did not know about that reference code......
There was no info about that code and I just filled it with date ...hope they can fix that ???

and for withdrawal too same, :Payment Reference : 73G7KN plus YOUR GENIUS FUNDS ACCOUNT NUMBER

If you have yet not receiving money they must fix this problem.

Well today in the morning I have received an email...telling me that I should receive my money today, since my bank knows me good they are on the phone in contact and there was still no money when their working day was over.
I have sent again an email to support and to George Schale asking them if they could check if I have made a mistake with putting date numbers as a Payment reference...and if they could fix the problem...there is still no reply ( my email was sent at 16.00 hours central EU time...
