It's not a fake email. I logged into their site and checked that really they have added this new plan. So, from technical point, I can confirm it's NOT email spoofing and admin of stock-biz has sent the mail. I checked the mail header also and it originated from stock-biz.

But in my opinion, I never pre-assume or predict on the basis new plans. There are several companies which starts new plan and keeps paying and it's not necessary that because a company started a new high interest plan, means it will scam. It may be a possibility but not a confirmation of scam. There is a difference in possibility and confirmation.

I invested 10 two times for 10 days and got paid and have invested this third time 10 again. When I invested 10 for the first time, they started a similar type of new plan which was of high interest. It's more then 20 days they started that plan. But yet not scammed nor did their status go down even once on any reputed monitor.

Like Bank call money. Seems they have problem but they have been overcoming the problems. So don't worried, all matter will be as usual next few days.

Looks like you have the IQ of a 5 year old (maybe not even that) I have 3 withdrawals of around $12 each pending with them for the last 2 days. Support is not responding.

Then they come with a ridiculous plan which requires $500 deposit and 200% for one day. This is just a way to lure people to invest more. They are not going to pay a dime!

Any one with a little research and sense would know that they are not paying any more. In their Rate Us page all monitors logos are only images with no links in them. GsMonitor has shown problem status but on stock-biz its paying. lol.

Wake up people. Do not invest here. I am very surprised HYIPExplorer is still showing paying status (kinda ashamed at that fact too.)
