You should clear cookie, cache and reset modem wifi, then, you can create new account from Bitcoin Invest Club.
Most importantly, you have to create a new Perfect Money account, do not use the old PM account.

Hey everyone,

I did receive a $100 withdrawal a couple days ago. It took 5 days to receive. Maybe we all need to be more patient before we get too excited. I have another pending withdrawal. Saturday would make it 5 days so I’ll let everyone know if it goes through.

hi im sorry but im new to it, why you need to change your ip and pc to log in and withdraw your founds? I mean is that a tactic to take out our deposite in case they do not pay? what's the logic of that?Thanks for your info

If you are the admin of BIC then the delay payment to investors is understandable. Site is developing well, priority for new participants so the waiting is most reasonable now. We should not be too worried because it will cause panic for many others and this is not good for us. Trust them
