Why is HYIPExplorer still listing truearn.com as paying?

As much as I like to send info about new programs & to update you on their good status, I also need to warn you when a "big one" is "on it's way out".
True Earn is no longer paying!
Although most monitors are showing "paying" status, I can tell you it is closing down.
I will not call it a scam, as Scott has been paying a very generous rebates for about 60 days now & ran a very "tight ship" (considering the number of members).

Then I got this email from MNO at 03:00am EST 3 June 2010:

The biggest news for today was undoubtedly the closure of the hugely popular short-term program TrueEarn. They stopped paying after being online for 60 days which is a tremendous achievement for any short-term HYIP (fifteen 4-day cycles!). Still there were some losers like in any HYIP game and it seems that the second interview that was published on my blog a few days ago (done entirely by the way on popular demand from MNO readers) didn’t help the situation either. MNO was the first monitoring site to put TrueEarn to Problem status today so hopefully those who didn’t join the program before avoided losses. I would like to say that at least the admin told me the truth about the closure of the program and didn’t try to feed us with lies like so many others do while continuing to collect deposits. So the reasons why the program can’t continue were made clearto me in his email:
1) Dreadful market conditions with less people reinvesting and voting for the program even after they get paid,
2) some bad votes that were submitted recently due to the suspension of accounts for suspected multiple IDs and referral cheating,
3) AlertPay constantly blocking their accounts which didn’t help the program’s cashflow.
There were other reasons according to Scott why he came to this decision, however he preferred not to mention them at.
Of course it will not bring too much comfort to those who lost in TrueEarn and I myself was kinda surprised that having overcome so many obstacles along the way that they closed as suddenly as they did. But it was truly a good ride while it lasted and even during this crisis in the HYIP Industry TrueEarn (which was well underway even when TrueEarn started) shows us that it’s possible to run a program for two months paying such huge returns up to 210% after 20 days. At the time of writing the members area of the site cannot be accessed due to some internal error but please be aware that TrueEarn is finished so please do NOT invest more money even if you think it’s back online.

The burning questions I have to ask is why is it that the site is still live at all?
And Why is it still listed as paying by HYIPExplorer 20 hours after I received
these emails?
Where is the real Scam here?
