Question Plex and ONEINV
Samuel Quintero owns both Plex Capital and ONEINV.
Plex is registered in Belize and ONEINV in Panama, where he lives.
I do not know if this info is significant.
Just passing it along hoping an experienced HYIPer will
comment.

scam my $110.oneinv.biz site please help me..
before deposit amount i ask him what is minimum withdraw for plan Long Term he say to $0.01 but after deposit he say that i can withdraw my money before 300 days and in 300 days it must go to scam i say that refund my money but not cz scamm
sir contact with me if you want proofs i sill show you all screen shoots of our talking,, and also passwrd ..
i say to him that refund me my money and deduct some fee if you want but not reply me b,cz he want to scam me please help me

it is scam. you must read all posts before get in. They are paying to hyip-monitors only. See my #34 post, I have posted a link bout this site. I dont know why the hell this program is on the top in "hyipexplorer"!!! totally disappointed! whom to trust!

yes but i see it later after deposit,,
his plan was 5% daily for 300 days and 5% daily send to your account,
but after deposit no profit send in my account and when i send email to admin he say that they pay profit after 300 days and all peoples know that in 300 days it must go to scam .. it is try to scam peoples with planing,, but i try with my best to post about this site in all forums and everty where because it is scam 100%...

Even I have posted that link in few forums. 100% scam
we need reply from hyipexplorer admi.
