Yeah that's a general rule of thumb and that's normally how it works. However it's super sad to lock members out of their accounts because they don't have the particular means to pay a member back. Everyone claims they are getting paid but it's small amounts. You never see people posting the screenshots as proof of how much the payouts are for.
This company is super crooked in my opinion!
I've emailed them over 5 times now still no reply.
