As per my opinion, as I set a 3days grace period as what the PS site and letter issued sent email by the Admin says fixing and finalizing the matter and re-open again the domain, but this time the PS has failed to do so. Therefore there is no option except to submit final dispute to alertpay and giving all the details plus the continues emailed sent out by me and the rest of the investor, and I believe the alertpay may look into this matter and refund will be processes for those who submit relevant information and details to the concern alertpay resolution team.

A rated and popular HYIP is a big thief.

In my opinion, when anyone sends mail to change API and sends any kind of phishing mails, then it's not the actual admin of hyip. It's the hackers who take benefit of closed or scam hyip. The hackers keep monitoring those websites which have problem, scam or not paying status and then start sending mails to those who have invested funds. Now the question here is from where do the hackers get the email id of the person and how do they know whether who is active investor on a particular hyip. This can only bee done by two types of people:

Either the internal employees sell the details or admins of hyips exchange our data i.e. leads with each others

OR

hosting service providers and/or the call centers providing support services sell the data to hackers.

I have never observed in my research in past several days that a hyip admin sends such mails after scamming. Just imagine for a while, that the hyip admins who already have investor's funds in amounts like 100000 or more; why will he send individual mails to selected investors only who have few bucks in their accounts. Assume that if you or me were a hyip admin who have intention to scam then would we concentrate on the total deposit amount or on individual amounts of individual investors like some may have 50 USD in their LR accounts, some may have 100 USD, etc. And again assume that if we are hackers with malicious intention then what would would be our goal. Simply what we would have done is anyway get details of name and email and send them phishing mails like for example sending such emails to 100 and may be 10 out of 100 gets trapped and then they get total 100-1000 hacked from investors account. For example even if one person has 10 USD to 100 USD in balance and if 10 out of 100 whom they send such emails gets trapped then the hackers earnings touch anywhere between 100 to 1000 USD. This is how hackers are working.

However, this is just my opinion. And there may be difference of opinion in all out way of thinking.
