Guys, seriously, if you think that it's a scam, fine, suck up your losses and go away, stop ruining it for people who still hope that GF will come back.
What difference does it make to you what they post if you're already convinced they are scammers?
Nobody can invest new money until the site comes back anyway, so you're not warning anyone not to lose their money, you're just putting a negative twist on an already tense situation.

Don't forget that just because we're aware of the domain, and technically competent enough to know that something can be done about it doesn't mean everyone is.
I wouldn't have thought to even look for other domains if someone hadn't brought it up. I doubt that mark is even aware that the domain exists.

One of our members has kindly provided us with an update alledgely from Mark Stelvio of Genius Funds. Please find it below:
(Update: Users are enquiring as to the source of this information. Seems to have come from MMG Forums)
"This is Mark from Gneius Funds, Ltd. I will make this short and to the point. Genius Funds Ltd. is currently updating our website to comply with the rulings from the Canadian Judicial System. This update is taking much longer than anticipated, as we ensure we are to the letter of the law. However, i can confirm that our Technical Operations Department has informed me that the site should be back up and running at full capacity at exactly 3:00 P.M. EST Thursday, March 25.
We will at that time send out your e-statements and be a functioning website again. Again, i wish to apologise for the confusion we have caused everybody. Look forward to hearing from all of you soon."
We can't confirm it's authenticity, but at least it's some fairly positive news. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. GF might just come back; stronger than before.
