TraderFX, I haven't had this problem at all, though I can tell you 2 things;
1) I don't have any money in this program as of yet, though by the sounds I won't now.
2) A lot of HYIP sites have been hacked into, and it seems as the days go back there are more and more people hacking into them. A lot of the reason is because an admin who starts the site thinks they can get away with just normal hosting. If you use the Scam Analysis tool here on HYIP Explorer you will notice this site is being hosted on the same IP as 17 other sites.
I always use that tool when looking into a program and if they site is being hosted with other sites on the same IP that raises a red flag in my head. Then I look at the votes on the site. Be careful with this though because some monitors us bots to post positive reviews about a program just to get real investors to invest and then they don't pay. If you find real users like you and I posting then that's a good sign!!

Their response sounds to me like a reason not to pay you!! On Top of that When they stated

Sounds to me the admin is just running for the so called "Attack" and not dealing with it.
They blocked your account so you couldn't request another withdrawal because they don't plan on paying the first request!
I hate to say this though I think it would just be better to cut your losses and move on.
