I have an issue to report, the trail of the story is as follows...
13th Aug, I made a one day deposit, woke up the next day it had been moved to a 45 day deposit. I raised the issue, the team said it was my fault. I accepted and moved on.
13 Sept I make another 5 day deposit, on the 4th date I wake up and find that it is a 90 day deposit. I raised a query on the 18th and got a response on the 21st.
I had other funds in the account, on Friday I did a deposit of $ 6631.71. This plus $ 2490.74 that is on the 90 day deposit.
Since Saturday my account is not logging in. I raised a support request on Saturday and received a response on Sunday. The team explained that the problem was my IP address. I responded immediately and since then I have not heard from them. I still cant log in.
I would want to believe that the tp fx team is credible but they have to prove it by being responsive.
