I have the same problem as you. Do not invest any more money and do not complain. I complained and now my log in is not working since Friday. I have quite a few thousand dollars stuck in there and I just feel stressed and hopeless. They wont respond to any of my emails or support requests.

I am sorry for you. I have already complained a lot via support mail adress. They used to answer to persuade me for investing more and bla bla. But nothing constructive. Now it seems like the only solution for me is waiting 90 days and praying for the website not to be down in forthcoming 3 months so that there will be a chance for getting my money with its profit.
