safe deposit = safe depositary ???
Dear Mr.shriganesh,
I have problem with Liberty Reserve. Today, suddenly my money was took out to another LR account (U5624597) with "service" mark at the memo and "Site" mark (green dot circle). what is it mean? i never made a transaction with this account. my money take out more than $90.. is my money was stolen?
For your information account U5624597 is registered with name "safe deposit SA".
Please help or give me any solution for this problem.

Hi! Did you activated the API as per instruction from SD. If yes, they already hack your account and steel all your money in LR. My advice is please open another LR account. Because whenever there is fund inside your LR account, it will disappear. I had exprience on this.

I think your money have been stolen, because you or somebody modified your API, if somebody asks your password you MUST NOT get him/her. Liberty never asks you to give your password or API modification NEVER follow these steps.
option 2 : a keylogger is on your computer and with that tool somebody get your password.

I suggest get in touch with Liberty support to find out what happened.
Are you the only user of that computer?
Have you ever entered Liberty from an another pc or public pc?

few weeks ago, my sis LR had been hacked too... then API appear on the LR without created by my sis... then my sis delete the API and then change the password. it's that oke my sis don't create the new LR???
