Hi there, i have not. Last year I applied to one, learnt that they ask for a fee of about 15% up front - so i did'nt take this line any further. I have also discussed this with local police and they say "don't touch it". That's my experience.
Bump: I 've just looked at the link you mentioned, that is a very reasonable fee.
