As their rules follow:
3.7. In case of any problems - investors should contact Coinex Trade Platform Ltd. company support and resolve all the questions. Writing comments at forums, social media page and etc. before the question is resolved - is completely prohibited and can be punished and prosecuted by the law.
Since their tech said "I'm not going to be in touch with you any more." we can assume that everything in their eyes is resolved.
They froze my account. I posted about that here and they got NASTY. I was honest and fair and even said some nice things about them.
Since that post I have been working with the admin here and them to resolve the issue. They refuse to without a further deposit of a equal deposit of what they froze:
