Hi, may I ask what platform did you use?

I have requested my payout last Feb.19, 7days today to be exact, but haven't received any cent yet.

What shall I do? I need that cash ASAP, I contacted them again, but after their first reply that they were having problems with Paypal releasing, they haven't contacted me again.

Their last proof of withdrawal was February 25, 2016. I hope they will not just disappear.
