Hi oyeeeee! Sorry for the late reply. I filed a dispute via Alerpay on April 25. on the Alertpay website, it states that the seller has 7 days to respond. If no response from seller and the dispute has been escalated, then the Resolutions Specialist will mediate the situation.
It's only been 2 days since I filed the dispute...5 more days left. We shall see what happens. If you have not been able to receive money from WFC, I urge you to file a dispute against them via Alertpay.
Have you tried contacting WFC? I sent them over 200 emails. I sent it over and over and over till they blocked me from entering their website. I even cc'd Wilma Mccormick. No response from her...
