Hell is full of well-intentioned people. - It's easy to say "just" because it had more investors. - Why lie saying that this team of experts in the financial system when it is actually the "bubble"? Claiming that people vote negatively because their accounts were frozen because they opened several accounts. Simple to solve! Do away with commissions referenced! Anyway once again we were the wrong! There is no business, just cheating!

We need to unite and overthrow these scams on the Internet. We can start reporting to federal authorities investigating fraud schemes!

My accounts are all checked not afraid to be investigated.

If I give the path of how to report, I am ready and offer myself for that.

How about the "Monitors" who place their pretty little widgets on all the
HYIP's, start letting people know when a program is done?

Instead of removing their widgets from the sites, they should turn them
RED and put NOT PAYING as a warning to new site visitors.

The fact that the monitors always just cut and run, is also cause for
the question of who is scamming who.

So my suggestion for HYIPExplorer admins is to RED FLAG sites that no longer
pay and leave the widget on the site until the non-paying hyip admin closes
the site down himself.
This might also increase your popularity as a monitor worth following. Otherwise, I just don't see why we should put any faith in monitors at all, seeing
as they react slower than needed, and lose money for all of us following them.

This account holder was attempting to filter all the funds in their account to other StrictPay accounts in what appeared to be an attempt to use the funds as startup for a new website. We have decided to refund purchases to customers because this merchant is attempting to filter funds out of the system and no longer pay their customers. These transactions were made this morning and we immediately reversed them and processed the refunds.
