Ok everyone, I am back on hyipexplorer. The status was bad today only. I have sent a mail to premoney.com admin and he is working on it. According to my researched observations which I am doing from the day this site launched, is that there are few mischevious people who posts one negative comment or vote and due to this the problems are being created. No doubt it's genuine. I did a very detailed check on this site in deep and also did several withdrawals in between to test the genuineness. Apart from this, premoney admin and the complete team members are very fast at responding to the emails I send them. A scam website admin or team member ignores mail. This is one of the best evidence and that none of my emails are being ignored. I have informed the premoney.com admin that due to few mischevious people, your site status which was being maintained so well from last several days has come to risk and that he needs to talk to all monitor admins who are showing premoney status on risk due to competitive and mischevious types of people. I got an immediate reply from him that yes he is working on that part. Apart from this, some people are again and again querying about bank guarantee. Let me clarify that as well. First of all a bank guarantee will be given only to those who invest more then 5000 is clearly specified on their website. Check this link:

Secondly, when I checked from the legal point of view while doing my research on premoney.com, they have used the word "BANK GUARANTEE" not UBS logo or UBS brand name or UBS copyright materials. So, some people who are querying about forged bank guarantee of premoney.com is wrong. Let me clarify it that bank guarantee cannot be generated from any bank in advance, which is a matter of common sense from legal point of view. Bank guarantee on what until investor does not satisfy the minimum investment amount. Many people who are falsefully claiming many things and allegating premoney.com unnecessarily, do not even know how the bank guarantee procedures work and that in various countries there are varying laws about bank guarantee. For example, in switzerland all the banks are known as swiss banks, it's not a single bank with name "SWISS BANK". Many people are confused that SWISS BANK is a single bank with the name SWISS BANK. So, hope it's clear now that premoney.com is genuine till now. And as concerns to some of the competitive people, mischevious people and the monitors, I have clarified above that I sent the mail and informed this to admin of premoney and he mailed me immediately that he is working on it. You all may be knowing very well that monitors earn from advertising. So, let me clarify this also. When a particular monitor does not get money from hyip then they start showing it in scam list with an intention that when the incoming revenue of hyip gets affected, the hyip will automatically spend behind advertising on their monitors. This is also a game between hyip and monitors and this is also a very responsible point why hyips shut down fast. Because when incoming revenue is affected then naturally people will divert their money to safe places because a large number of population is depended on what a monitors shows them. That's a fact.

When I checked this link, I saw that some hyips such as

etc. which are currently also paying and which have paying status on almost all monitors are there on previous programs list of popularhyip.com :

Now strange thing is that the above four hyips are there in their previous program list also, on their scam list also and on their paid sticky top ranking list also. How can a hyip be on all three listings simultaneuously all together.
Trust income is paying genuine from last 25 days. And I have personally observed, got paid and researched them. But popularhyip had put them on their scam list immediately after 3-4 days. Then again they put trust-income on their paid sticky list and removed from scam list, and now today before few hours from now, they have again sent trust-income on scam list. Now you all tell me how to trust monitors? They show paying status until they get paid. And the monitors themselves are not genuine. Not all but most of them show paying status only if monitors gets enough advertising revenue from them. Else they throw them to scam list. This results in negative response from investors and affects the incoming revenue of hyip due to which they get into trouble and they become helpless and cannot pay to investors as well, because incoming revenue has stopped due to nonpaying status by monitors just because they are not getting advertising revenues from a particular hyip.
If anyone has any queries I will try to genuine answer them.
