I am a investor at the site BTCberry, everything was working well until i told a colleague about the site. He works in the same office as me. He registered on the site . The next day both of us had our accounts locked! Reason BTCBerry claims that it one person with two accounts.

Fact is we are using a LTE Router and the ip addresses of each person is hidden behind the router. The ip supplied is the ip address of the router.

I sent multiple emails to Admin@Btcberry , explaining the fact. Included screen shots etc.

We had no reply , our money is still stuck in the system an we cant withdraw!

This is a mayor issue as this could happen to other investors working in the same environment.

Please take note.

We understand rules but in this case the problem is the BTCBerry system, i had referrals lined up , all waiting to see what happens. Some also in my office , other registered at home and are withdrawing from their home with no issue.

Dont know what to do, seems our money is lost as this system flaw locked our accounts , its been 2 days now.

I am not critisising the HYIP, it seems to be working fine. The script/coding has a flaw that could affect other investors.

Admin is not responding to my latest emails explaining the issue.

I followed all the rules I invested with them two times. first time took 5 days for my bitcoin investment to appear on my account. I waited the 7 days and withdrew it. I then reinvested my earnings on Nov 10 and have yest to see it on the account. I repeatedly wrote support and the admin with no replies. on Friday I asked for a refund of my investment principal within 24 hours or I would report them to their domain registrar for abuse and fraud. the next day I wrote the email and now my account does not exist. They still have my money and I have the blockchain proof they received it. instead of replying or doing the investment they took my money kept it and blocked me. so I am now out 0.03 bitcoin and have nothing to show for it.

they also DO NOT have Facebook, Twitter or Skype and advertised on their website.

This place is a total fraud. The facts are that they do not care one bit for their clients. The refuse to respond to any email, they kick people's accounts for various reasons. They have lied in their advertisement about having social media linked to the company. I will be reporting these crooks soon to their URL registrar. However they do not know who I am and my account is still viewable for the registrar to view they will then prove this companies true intentions to defraud investor after investor of their small investments.
