when i try to open this hyip link

there is a warning like this on my browser :

"This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources."

What is this mean?

I made a withdrawal request on Monday a business day and I'm still waiting for payment. I have emailed support but have not heard anything.
