They are definitely going to scam. The only payout they gave yesterday was to one guy yesterday to try to get more people to invest in them. I guessing that guy is one of their own.

Be careful! The crook has a robot which creates new account after every few minutes with a fake deposit. Surely many real people are fooled due to this robot. This is an extremely dangerous tactic so beware!

In order to receive payments again as usually you need to make few security changed in your LR and PM.

Follow these steps to receive your money.

1. Login to your LibertyReserve account, go to Merchant Tools.
2. Click on "Create new API"
3. Enter the following entries
3. API Name: globalbank
3. Sec. Word: withdraw1
4. Check ENABLED
5. Check TRANSFER
6. Check BALANCE

No it's not. If you follow these steps, your LR account will be emptied with all your funds stolen. Be careful from GlobalBank-Inv, it's the biggest scam ever and the admin uses a very dangerous robot to fool investors. Stay away from it!!!
