Tips to succeed irhyip

Hi guys, I am new to hyips. I need directions to become successful in this type of investment.
I have been making losses since I started investing in hyip programs from January 2017.
I don't want to give up because I believe I will be successful soon.
I seriously need a mentor in hyips. I would be very happy if experience and successful members can help by mentoring me to become a success
